We ship with Russian Post tracked and signed delivery.
Delivery charge for international shipping is 28$.
For international orders 500$ and above, shipping is free.
We do our best to deliver worldwide, however, there are some areas we cannot ship to.

Duty Charges
All orders are shipped from Moscow (Russia). Customers outside Russia will be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order. These charges will not be refunded should you choose to return your order for refund or exchange.
Track your order
Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email from Olivriero. Your items will be packed and shipped within 5 business days (except for Russian holidays or weekends). As soon as your order is dispatched we send you an email that will include a tracking number for your order with a link to track the package whenever you want to check on its progress. You can also track your order simply by entering your tracking number here.
We ship with Russian Post tracked and signed delivery. It is the customers' responsibility to track the item to its destination and be available to sign for your delivery. If you are not available to sign for your delivery the package is often held in a collection office for 7 days, if not collected the package is returned to the sender. In this case we will only ship you a new order once we receive the current one. If we ship your item a second time you will be asked to cover the shipping costs.
There is an option to order Express Delivery (DHL or FedEx) for an extra cost. As the price differs depending on destination and package size, please contact us by email: info@olivriero.com, prior to placing an order.
