We accept Visa, MasterCard and MIR cards.
We also accept payment via PayPal.
Payment by bank cards is carried out via ALFA-BANK JSC.
The online payment is carried out in accordance with the Rules of international payment systems Visa, MasterCard and MIR on the principals of confidentiality and security of payment, for which the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission via secure communication channels are used. Bank card data is entered on the secure payment page of ALFA-BANK JSC.
On the page for entering the bank card data, you will need to enter the bank card details: card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, 3 digit security code (CVV2 for Visa or CVC2 for MasterCard). All required data are printed on the card. The 3-digit security code is the three digits on the back of the card. Next, you will be redirected to the page of your bank to enter the 3D Secure code, which you will receive via SMS. If you did not receive the 3D Secure code, you should contact the bank that issued your card.

Common reasons for online payment failures:
The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, email, bank card number) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your bank card information is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our Webserver.
- your bank card is not intended for making online payments, which can be found out by contacting your bank;
- Not enough funds to pay by your bank card. You can find out more about the availability of funds on your bank card by contacting the bank that issued your bank card;
- the bank card details were entered incorrectly;
- your bank card has expired. The validity period of the card is usually indicated on the face of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the validity period of the card by contacting the bank that issued your bank card.
