Returns
We hope that you will love your order; however, if you change your mind, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

Here is what to do:
  • Please, send us an email to info@olivriero.com indicating whether you want to return or exchange your items, the reason for the return/exchange, your order number. It is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.
  • Place the product (unused and in its original packaging including the tag, wrap and labels) inside the outer packaging and seal securely. Return your item via your selected method and send to our returns address: Olivriero (Recipient: Olesya Ivchenko), Marshala Koneva street, house 8, building 1, apartment 59, Moscow, Russia, postal code 123060.
  • We will confirm by email when your return has been received and by email again when your refund or exchange has been processed.
  • Please remember that Olivriero is a small team with just one person responding to emails and processing all orders.
For all returns, unless the goods are being returned due to being faulty or incorrect, please note that you will need to arrange and pay for the return of products to us. If returning the goods due to the goods being faulty or incorrect, please contact us: info@olivriero.com

We recommend that you send your parcel using registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery from a reputable carrier and retaining the receipt until you have received credit for the returned items. We also recommend that you send your parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

The goods being returned must be unused, in their original packaging including tag, wrap and labels.

If you return your product in accordance with the timeframes and returns procedures below we will:
  • refund you the price you paid for the products. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount;

  • refund the delivery costs you have paid to receive your order (for goods are being returned due to being faulty or incorrect). As permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the cost of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method);

  • process your refund to the original method of payment. We will contact you by email to let you know that your refund has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to process from receipt.

Please note that discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty and Incorrect
If your goods are incorrect or faulty when you receive them, please, explain this to us by email: info@olivriero.com. We will deal with faulty products on case-by-case basis.

Exchanges
Please note we can offer you an alternative size exchange in the exact same design and colour. Should a different product be required, please place a new order and return the original order for a refund.
